  • Great app but little improvements and additions would be nice

    Love the app and the different programs with their individualisation options. It’s so easy to use because you only need a mat, your smartphone and 20 minutes time a day. Makes it easier to stay disciplined. Improvements I would welcome: adding my own playlists isn’t as easy as I’d like it to be. I couldn’t find how to name the lists. I’d like to use different music for regular workouts and yoga, but couldn’t find a way to do that. And the program skips back to the built in music often enough. As I like to built in a Yoga day every once in a while, it would be great to either be able to customise a Yoga workout with the generator, or select an additional yoga program that doesn’t come with cardio days, as I have those in my regular JM routine. Last but not least I’d like to see which exercise comes next while I’m at the previous. Makes it easier to transition. And is there a kind of ‘wiki’ to show the different types of exercises and the important aspects of workout safely, so I can take a look at them before the workout? Lowers the risk of making mistakes that could lead into injuries.

    Never gets boring- kickboxing, Yoga, foam rolling- i Love Jillians 3-2-1 Methode - you find it all! You have only 7 min Time? Take your 7 min Workout! You Need a Plan for weeks or Even months? You Love Running! Its your App 😉 and the Meal Plan is just yummy 😋

    Super App für alle Lebenslagen geeignet. Programme sind sinnvoll aufgebaut, es gibt immer Variations Möglichkeiten . Die Übungen sind individuell austauschbar bei gleichem Trainings Effekt. Mein Fußgelenk ist z.b. nicht gut mlt Sprüngen zu belasten , auch hier gibt es Alternativen. Die Rezepte sind lecker. Die Programme alle hart. Wichtig ist aber, dass man sie anpassen kann und auch kleinere Workouts generieren kann , die zu einem passen. Die App Holt sich immer nach einem Training Feedback und gleicht das folge Training an . Ich bin wirklich begeistert. Da hat jemand Ahnung und diese auch super effizient umgesetzt. Warum keine 5 Sterne : Ladezeiten dauern lange, das Programm stockt öfter oder hat einen unbekannten Fehler. Da ist noch Optimierungs bedarf. Außerdem fehlt mir noch eine Funktion zum eintragen anderer Aktivitäten. Ich arbeite nicht nur mit der App , ich geh auch schon mal schwimmen, tanzen oder zum Yoga. Was ich mir wünsche : eine Verknüpfung zu Spotify für die Musik Playlists. Langhantel Workouts und Yoga als neue Programme . Ich fand Yoga Inferno Von Jillian schon super.

    I was really looking forward to starting my training with JM. However, the app freezes constantly and I can’t even log in.
  • Great app, just a few small bugs

    The excersises are great, the only problem is the constant internet connection necessity. It would be great to be able to store the meal plan. Also, when I tried to listen to my Spotify music, I didn’t have any “Jillian’s voice” and from time to time, I hear what exercise I should do, but there’s no video.

    App regularly freezes on me (audio continues to run) By the time you figured out how to do an exercise its already over, maybe un-blurring the preview picture between workouts woukd already help.

    Easy to integrate in your daily Routine. But attention: you will feel pain and sweat as hell. Therefore you will love to see and feel the results from day one on. It's all worth it.
