FixMart has currently implemented inside the Western Provincial Council building in Sri Lanka which covers all 17 floors and has more than 500+ user base consisting with main 5 ministries of the Western province and 6 main internal sectors as Deputy Chief Secretary Planning division, Deputy Chief Secretary Engineering division, etc. The intention of this product is to provide an intuitive platform for the consumers to make complaints and for the Western Provincial Council to manage those customer complains and service requests in order to carry out the day to day activities without any gaps of the existing manual operation.
