    Absolutely fantastic app, I wouldn’t want to use any other anymore. Has all the features I would have wanted, and beyond! Literally a few things where you’re thinking „Aw, this would be neat“ only to find out that the app actually does exactly what you wanted it to do. Stellar and extraordinary.

    Used to be a really good app but now it’s unusable to to random crashes on startup. I can’t even contact the developers through the app, that’s how often that thing crashes. Sad.

    If it’s too easy during the first weeks, just do 10 reps instead of 5 Or do much more assistance until you reach the point where 5 reps are hard to finish

    I really like the Strong Lifts training plan, but the app has been lately getting slow. When I open it and try to start a new training it will hang there for a while until it responds. Sometimes it will crash and lose all the progress already done.

    First of all I really enjoyed the app the last two years probably...best app for 5x5 it won’t get any simpler especially if you buy the pro version...but now I needed to switch to “Strong” because your App doesn’t support the watch. All I want is log my workout just as simple as in the Iphone app and have my calories etc. counted. No other feature needed. If you could arrange for that I am back!

    Echt eine Super App mit ehrlichen Entwicklern. Keine nervige Werbung etc. Support perfekt wenns mal Fragen gibt. Die App führt Euch ein und leitet einen fast vollautomatisch durch das StrongLifts System und nimmt einem enorm viel Arbeit ab. Mann kann sich voll und ganz auf seine Workouts fokussieren. Macht richtig Spaß. Die Gains gibts oben drauf;-)

    Übersichtliche App. Mit der richtigen Ernährung Aufbau garantiert. Selbst wenn man eine Woche Pause macht erinnert die App einen und reduziert auf -10% um auf dem Level zu bleiben.
