i meditate every day and it helps me fall asleep. but each time i hear the words "a stready stream of sunlight", i get so annoyed, all my progress feels ruined. why would you include this visualization to so many meditations?!

I highly recommend this app. It’s very well prepared and designed, very didactic and easy to follow. For beginners and pros!! :-)

  • Vorsicht, BARMER-Erstattung schwierig

  • I love Headspace! But the app...

First of all I can 100% recommend Headspace and the money is definitely worth it! But I have to say that I don’t really like the new app interface... It is rather confusing than really clear. I can’t distinguish exercises and courses at the first glance and also don’t like the dropdown menu as it adds an extra step to click and sometimes I expect meditations in other categories...
